Ecolab, Quick Serve Retail, currently has an opening for a Financial Analyst located in its Greensboro, North Carolina office. This position is responsible for accounting, financial reporting and business analysis. The position will also support our sales and marketing strategies through sales trending and profitability analysis. Approximately sixty percent of the positions responsibility will be in support our International business. Main Responsibilities: Support the month-end close process Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales trend reports Analyze International profit margins and pricing strategy to provide sound business recommendations to management Identify opportunities and creative solutions to streamline financial reporting processes Work closely with various departments to maintain effective cost controls Maintain divisional accounting policy and procedures consistent with GAAP Ad-hoc projects and requests Basic Qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Immigration sponsorship not available for this role Preferred Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail, self motivated and the ability to work independently Excellent analytical and organizational skills Must be results oriented; proactive and have a high level of integrity Experience with Retail Link database Strong PC and systems skills required, proficient in JD Edwards, Hyperion and Microsoft Office products
